Geological survey and geotechnical investigation

Geotechnical investigation is a very important element in the initial phase of the construction process.

Backfilled ponds, areas being old river backwaters, peatbogs buried under deluvial soils, water sensitive cohesive soils and many others are often the cause of the cracked walls of the building, settling floor or flooded and damp basements. In extreme situations, the lack of adequate geological and geotechnical studies may even lead to the construction disaster.

We recommend you to perform geotechnical investigation in our company. The test report are executed in the form of a complete geotechnical documentation.

Basic information about the offered geological and geotechnical investigation (their types and specificity) are given in the following tabs.
